At Chrisma Braids, we strive to provide every client with the highest quality service and products. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and rescheduling are handled. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms below.

Services & Appointments

a. Deposits & Payments

  • All appointments require a non‑refundable deposit to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are applied toward your final service cost.

b. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment once, at least 48 hours in advance, without losing your deposit.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment may require a new deposit.

c. Cancellations & No‑Shows

  • If you cancel your appointment or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • We reserve the right to charge the full service fee or refuse future bookings for repeated no‑shows.

d. Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns (e.g., adjustments or corrections).

  • Refunds are not offered for services already provided.

Products

a. Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

b. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Payments & Refund Processing

  • Refunds (for eligible product returns or defective items) will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • All promotions, discounts, and coupon codes (e.g., CHRISMAHOLIDAY20) apply only to eligible services or products as stated in the offer.
