a. Deposits: All appointments require a non‑refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied toward your final service cost.

b. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once within 7 days of the original booking without losing your deposit. After this period, a new deposit will be required.

c. Cancellations: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

d. No‑Shows: Repeated no‑shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

e. Salon Cancellations: In the rare event that Chrisma Braids must cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new booking at your choice.
